Privacy Policy and GDPR
This policy explains how MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES collects and processes personal data in connection with the use of 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG, in particular to manage accounts, trials, annual licences, renewals, payments, support and service security. It specifies the data concerned, the purposes and legal bases of the processing, its recipients, retention periods, users' rights and how to exercise them.
Data controller
MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES, a single-member simplified joint-stock company registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 109 025 981, whose registered office is at 23 avenue Marcel Dassault, 93370 Montfermeil, France, is the controller of the personal data processing it carries out in operating 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG. It determines the purposes and means of this processing, in particular to manage accounts, trials, licences, access rights, customer relationships, billing, support and service security. Data concerned
Depending on the features used and communications with the Publisher, the data processed may include: Account and identity: name provided, email address, country, account identifiers, status and account creation or login dates. Trials, licences and payments: offer purchased, access rights, validity periods, orders, amounts, dates, payment references and statuses. Use of the LOG: grids, selections and associated parameters, particularly when saved or transmitted for a backup or export. Login and security: session identifiers, validity dates, security events and technical connection data, including IP addresses or their hashed representations. Preferences and tracking: settings, privacy choices and, where the relevant technologies are activated in accordance with the applicable choices, measurement or advertising identifiers and technical browser information. Public page traffic: temporary visit identifiers, pages viewed, visit sources, dates, observed duration of activity and estimated country. Support: content of requests, exchanges with support and documents voluntarily provided by the user. Some working data is stored in the browser, while other data is transmitted to the service depending on the features used. Retention arrangements and periods are specified in the corresponding sections.
Purposes and legal bases
MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES processes personal data for the following purposes: 1. Account management and provision of the service Creating the account at the user's request, providing the trial and the LOG, and managing access, licences, orders, payments and the support necessary to use the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at the user's request prior to entering into a contract — Article 6, paragraph 1, b) of the GDPR. 2. Compliance with legal obligations Preparing and retaining mandatory accounting and tax documents, and handling requests to exercise rights under the GDPR. Legal basis: compliance with applicable legal obligations — Article 6, paragraph 1, c) of the GDPR. 3. Security, fraud prevention and defence of rights Securing accounts and the service, detecting unauthorised access, preventing fraudulent use and retaining the information necessary to defend the company's rights in the event of a dispute. Legal basis: the company's legitimate interests in protecting its business, systems, users and rights — Article 6, paragraph 1, f) of the GDPR, within the applicable limits of necessity and proportionality. 4. Optional advertising tracking Implementing advertising tracking that is subject to consent, where these technologies are activated. Legal basis: the user's prior consent — Article 6, paragraph 1, a) of the GDPR. Consent to optional processing may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect access to the purchased licence or the processing necessary for its performance.
Hosting and data processors
The operation of 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG relies in particular on the following service providers: Hostinger, for server and application hosting. Supabase, for database and authentication services. Cloudflare, for website protection and content delivery. Email service providers, for communications relating to accounts, access and support. When acting on behalf of MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES as data processors, these providers are subject to the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR, particularly concerning documented instructions, contractual arrangements, confidentiality and data security. Payments via PayPal PayPal processes payments by bank card or PayPal account, depending on the methods offered at checkout. For processing whose purposes and means it determines, in particular payment execution, fraud prevention and compliance with its regulatory obligations, PayPal acts as an independent data controller. This processing is described in PayPal's privacy policy.
Retention and security
Retention and security The data necessary to manage the account, trial and licence is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. Expiry of a trial or licence does not, in itself, result in deletion of the account. Legal obligations and evidence Accounting documents and supporting records are retained for ten years from the end of the financial year concerned, in accordance with Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code. Data necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of the rights of MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES may be retained in intermediate archives, with restricted access, for the applicable limitation periods and, where justified by a dispute, until its final resolution. This retention is limited to the information necessary. Security and access Administrative access is restricted to authorised persons and is subject to authentication and server-side authorisation checks. Certain administrative operations are logged to ensure traceability. Protective measures aim to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, with a level of security appropriate to the risks, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, subject to the conditions set out in those laws. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time, without giving a reason. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Exercising your rights Send your request to [email protected], specifying the right concerned and the information needed to locate your data. Where there is reasonable doubt about your identity, additional information strictly necessary to verify it may be requested. Response time MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES will respond as soon as possible and no later than one month after receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months if justified by the complexity or number of requests. You will be informed of this extension and the reasons for it within the first month. Legal limitations Erasure does not apply to data whose retention remains necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Reasons will be given for any refusal. Complaint You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, at cnil.fr, or with the competent data protection authority.
