General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
These general terms and conditions of sale and use set out the terms of access to the full 7-day trial, as well as the conditions for purchasing and using the annual licence for 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG, published by MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES.
Publisher and contracting party
The 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG service is published, operated and marketed by MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES, a single-member simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €15,000, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 109 025 981, whose registered office is at 23 avenue Marcel Dassault, 93370 Montfermeil, France. In these terms and conditions, ‘the Publisher’ means MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES. This company is the user's contracting party for the provision of the full trial, the purchase of the annual licence and the provision of the services included in the offer. 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG refers to the software and service marketed by MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES. These terms and conditions govern the respective rights and obligations of the company and the user in relation to this offer. 1. Purpose of the service
1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG is independent software that helps users prepare, filter, reduce and check 1N2 football grids. It enables users to build and process their grids using their selections and the parameters provided by the software. The service does not allow bets to be placed, does not collect any stakes and does not pay out any winnings. Amounts paid to MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES are payment for access to the software and the features included in the purchased offer. They are not gambling stakes. The calculations, simulations and grids produced result from processing the data and parameters used. They do not guarantee any sporting result, winnings or profitability. This absence of any guarantee of winnings does not affect the software features and performance advertised in the offer. Users make their own selections. Any participation in gambling is a separate activity, undertaken outside the service with an authorised operator and in compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Full annual licence
The annual licence grants the user a personal, non-exclusive right to use 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG for twelve months, which may not be assigned or transferred to a third party and does not renew automatically. It does not permit access to be shared, rented out or resold. It includes the features advertised in the purchased offer: the available grid formats, the six filters, calculation, reduction, the tester, exports and the display of odds. Odds are available for matches covered by the data provider and are provided for information only. The licence also includes LOG updates provided during its validity period, including those necessary to maintain its conformity and security. The Publisher may temporarily restrict access in the event of a documented security risk, fraudulent use or a serious breach of these terms and conditions. Any restriction must be justified, necessary and proportionate. The user is informed of the reason and may submit comments before the restriction takes effect, unless an urgent situation warrants immediate action; in that case, the user is informed as soon as possible. The restriction is lifted when the circumstances justifying it have ceased. The user's statutory rights and guarantees remain applicable. The licence grants only a right of use under the conditions set out in the contract. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
3. Authorised device
The licence allows its holder to use 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG on only one device and from only one browser profile at a time. Simultaneous use on multiple devices or profiles, and sharing access with a third party, are prohibited. The holder may replace their device or change browsers, provided they stop using the previous device or profile. This change does not constitute a licence transfer and does not permit the licence to be made available to another person. Login credentials are personal and must remain confidential. Users must report any unauthorised use of their account of which they become aware to [email protected]. Where necessary to secure the account, the Publisher may revoke all its login sessions. This measure requires the user to authenticate again; it does not, in itself, constitute cancellation of the licence.
4. Price, payment and activation
The price of the annual 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG licence is €34.90 including all taxes for twelve months, payable in a single payment, with no automatic renewal. The total amount is displayed before the order is confirmed. Any subsequent price change has no effect on the period already purchased. Payment via PayPal. Payment is processed by PayPal, using a PayPal account or a bank card, depending on the methods offered at checkout. The licence is activated after successful payment has been confirmed and recorded by the service. Bank transfer. The order remains pending until the funds have actually been received and manually validated by the Publisher. The order reference must be included in the transfer description so that the payment can be matched to the order. Proof that a transfer has been initiated does not constitute confirmation that the funds have been received. Duration of access rights. When activation occurs during a trial that is still valid, the remaining trial days are preserved: the twelve months are added to the trial's expiry date. If renewed before expiry, they are added to the expiry date of the current licence. In all other cases, the twelve months run from activation. Users are advised to retain the order reference and proof of payment to facilitate any enquiries sent to [email protected].
5. Trial
Once their account has been validated, users may benefit from a free full trial lasting seven consecutive days, granted only once per user. The trial begins upon activation and provides the same features as the annual licence, under the same conditions of use. Creating multiple accounts to obtain successive trials or circumvent this restriction is prohibited. The trial carries no obligation to purchase. It does not automatically convert into a paid licence and does not result in any automatic charge. Continued use after the trial requires the voluntary purchase and activation of an annual licence. At expiry, if there is no active licence, access to LOG features requiring a licence is disabled. The end of the trial does not, in itself, result in deletion of the account or saved data. Their retention remains subject to the arrangements and periods specified in the privacy policy. Trials already granted retain their originally stated expiry date. If a purchase is made during a trial that is still valid, the remaining days are preserved in accordance with the ‘Price, payment and activation’ section.
6. European consumers
European consumers' rights and withdrawal These terms and conditions do not limit consumers' mandatory rights concerning pre-contractual information, conformity of digital services and withdrawal. The choice of French law does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence where those protections apply, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, known as ‘Rome I’. In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of the paid annual licence contract to withdraw without having to give a reason for their decision. This period is separate from the free 7-day trial. Starting the paid service before this period expires requires the consumer's prior express request, in accordance with Article L.221-25 of the French Consumer Code. Activation of the licence or use of the LOG does not, in itself, constitute a waiver of the right of withdrawal. If a consumer withdraws after expressly requesting an early start, only an amount proportionate to the service actually provided up to notification of withdrawal may be payable, under the conditions set out in that article. No amount may be charged for this early performance if the express request was not obtained or if the legally required prior information was not provided.
7. Intellectual property
The original elements of 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG, including its interface, texts, documentation, report presentation, source and object code, and the scripts and software developments implementing its filters, organisation into zones and calculation engines, are protected by copyright under the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular Article L.111-1 and, for software, Article L.112-2, 13°. Access to the LOG grants only the right of use provided by the licence, without any transfer of intellectual property rights. In accordance with Articles L.122-4 and L.122-6, any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, making available, resale or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these protected elements is prohibited without the rights holder's prior written authorisation, except for uses permitted by the licence and statutory exceptions, including those provided for in Articles L.122-5 and L.122-6-1. Printing and exports provided by the LOG remain permitted under the terms of the licence. Any violation of these rights may constitute infringement, in particular within the meaning of Article L.335-3, and may give rise to legal proceedings to put an end to the infringement and obtain compensation for the damage suffered.
Technical restrictions and access protection
Subject to uses permitted by the licence and statutory exceptions, the following are prohibited without the prior written authorisation of MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES: decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering the LOG, or reproducing or adapting its code and other protected elements; circumventing authentication, access-rights or licence control mechanisms, or accessing accounts, data or features without authorisation; performing automated extraction or systematic collection of the service's content and data outside the features and access expressly authorised; sharing personal login credentials, making access available to third parties, renting it out or reselling it; reproducing or reusing protected elements of the LOG without authorisation to develop, distribute or market an infringing solution. These restrictions respect the rights granted to users by law, in particular by Article L.122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, within the conditions and limits it sets out. Printing, backups and exports provided by the LOG remain permitted in accordance with the licence.
9. Sports data
The sports data presented in 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG comes from data providers, third-party APIs or information entered by the user. Its coverage and update frequency may vary depending on the sources, competitions and matches concerned. Schedules, results, statistics and odds may change and may contain delays, omissions or inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to check their own entries and consult official sources for decisive information. This data is provided for information purposes. It is neither a certain prediction nor a guarantee of sporting results, winnings or profitability. The odds displayed do not constitute an offer to accept bets and do not bind operators to the conditions they will apply. The Publisher remains bound by the features advertised in the offer and the statutory guarantees applicable to the LOG.
10. Liability
Users determine their own selections, calculation parameters and budget. They are responsible for checking the information they enter and the settings they choose. Any decision to participate in gambling remains personal and separate from use of the LOG. Users undertake to comply with the regulations applicable to their use of the service and any participation in gambling, particularly in the country where they gamble. 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG does not guarantee any sporting result, winnings or profitability. The absence of winnings does not, in itself, constitute a software defect. Gambling involves risks of financial loss, debt and addiction that use of the LOG does not eliminate. MATRIX EDGE TECHNOLOGIES remains responsible for the proper performance of its contractual obligations and the applicable statutory guarantees. These provisions do not deprive users of their rights in the event of a software defect or a breach by the Publisher.
11. Applicable law and contact
Users determine their own selections, calculation parameters and budget. They are responsible for checking the information they enter and the settings they choose before using the grids produced. Any decision to participate in gambling remains personal and separate from use of the LOG. Users undertake to comply with the regulations applicable to their use of the service and any gambling activity. 1N2GoalMatrix™ LOG does not guarantee any sporting result, winnings or profitability. The absence of winnings does not, in itself, constitute a software defect. Gambling involves risks of financial loss, debt and addiction. Use of the LOG does not eliminate these risks and does not guarantee recovery of the amounts staked.
