Contractual framework for the full trial and the annual 1N2 GoalMatrix licence.
Publisher and contracting party
1N2 GoalMatrix is published and operated by Matrix Edge Technologies, a publisher of several software families. 1N2 GoalMatrix is one of the Matrix Edge Technologies product families. 1. Purpose of the service
1N2 GoalMatrix is an independent software application for preparing, filtering, reducing and checking football 1N2 pools. It does not place bets, collect stakes or pay winnings.
2. Full annual licence
The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable. For twelve months it includes the LOG, authorised formats, six filters, calculation, reduction, tester, exports, odds and updates, subject to the owner’s security controls. No intellectual-property right is transferred.
3. Authorised device
The licence authorises one browser profile at a time. A normal sign-in from another computer or profile is refused. Control relies on a secret stored by the browser, not a hardware fingerprint. Only the service owner may revoke this profile from the back office, in particular after a legitimate replacement.
4. Price, payment and activation
The public price is €49.90 including tax for twelve months, paid once, with no automatic renewal. Card payments are processed by PayPlug; a bank transfer remains pending until manually approved in the back office. The order reference must be retained.
5. Trial
After account approval, one full 15-day trial may be granted. It opens the same features as the annual licence. When it expires, the service is locked until a licence is activated, without deleting the account or authorised data.
6. European consumers
Mandatory rights applying to digital content and services, pre-contractual information and withdrawal remain reserved. Where the law permits, immediate performance of the service may require express consent.
7. Intellectual property
The interface, texts, reports, filters, A/B zones, calculation rules, workflows, documentation, scripts and engines are protected assets. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, distribution, resale or reuse is prohibited.
8. Technical prohibitions
Reverse engineering, decompilation, access circumvention, automated extraction, access sharing or resale, and use intended to substantially reproduce the service are prohibited within the limits permitted by law.
9. Sports data
Sports data may come from authorised providers, third-party APIs or user input. It is supplied for information only and does not guarantee any outcome.
10. Liability
The user remains solely responsible for choices, budget, entries, settings and compliance with the laws applicable in their country. Gambling involves risks.
11. Governing law and contact
